This 33 x 14 mm pendant is crafted from rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver and features a 10 x 8 mm polished cabochon orange hessonite garnet from Pakistan, surrounded by a rhomboid design filled with small cubic zirconia stones. It is a delicate and refined pendant.
The bright, electric-orange spessartine garnets are called "mandarin garnet," while others have a more yellowish-orange hue. Their color is due to the presence of manganese. It is said that Noah used a garnet lamp to guide his ark through the darkness of night.
