What is Aqua Aura Quartz?

These are natural translucent quartz crystals subjected to a temperature treatment, an attack with gold gases, which are introduced between the natural quartz crystals and modify their coloration, giving tones in the range of bluish greens and blues.

What is mystic quartz or rainbow quartz?

These are natural translucent quartz crystals subjected to a temperature treatment, etched with titanium gases, which are introduced between the natural quartz crystals and modify their coloration, giving tones in the range of violets, greens, reds, and yellows.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is completely free within Argentina, as well as for the rest of the world.

How are shipments made?

Shipping within Argentina is handled by Correo Argentino (Argentine Post) and is completely free. Once you've made your purchase, you simply wait for it to arrive. You'll be provided with a tracking number so you can check the status on the Correo Argentino website. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

It is sent to your home by default unless you indicate that you want to pick it up at an OCA branch that is convenient for you, in which case you should clarify this when making the purchase by indicating the branch number or address.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping worldwide is completely free. It is sent via DHL airmail and takes approximately 5 business days from dispatch. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment. Any customs fees specific to each country are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take from when it's shipped until I receive it?

Normally the delay is 4 to 7 business days within Argentina, and 5 business days for the rest of the world, from the moment the package is delivered to the post office.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. Send your consultation request including the ring number (if you would like a ring) and we will quote you models as soon as possible.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee or exchange for another item within 15 days of receiving the product, provided that it shows no signs of use or damage from handling and use.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You must send it to the address of your choice via the mail service of your choice, to Fincas del Sur 2 Lot 12 Block 20, CP 5016, CORDOBA, addressed to Gonzalo Martinez.

How do I make the payment?

You can pay by deposit or transfer to our account (10% discount in Argentina), or through the Mercado Pago platform, which offers all your preferred payment options: Rapipago, Pago Fácil, Banelco, Link, and all major credit and debit cards. In Argentina, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments with bank-issued credit cards.

From abroad you can pay via PayPal, or ask us about payments by bank transfer or cryptocurrencies.

What is the manufacturing process like?

We should point out here that we have 2 types of products:

Locally manufactured and imported items specially selected by us.

The locally made products are crafted by Argentine goldsmiths and artisans, treating each piece as unique, since the natural stone is what gives rise to the particularity of each product, making it one-of-a-kind and unrepeatable. You can find different styles, reflecting the individual touch each artist brings to their creation.
