White Topaz Pendant

The star stone of this pendant is a large, faceted white topaz measuring 20 x 15 mm, cut in a teardrop shape, set in a double silver gallery that allows light to enter, highlighting the incredible and unique faceting of this beautiful stone.

Topaz is an aluminum silicate. It is often used as a substitute for diamonds because of its use as a gemstone and its variety of colors. The central "diamond" of the Portuguese crown is a topaz, although of course no one is going to say so; it's an open secret.
