This 42 x 21 mm pendant is crafted from high-purity 950 silver and features a polished, irregularly shaped triangular cabochon of sodalite measuring 25 x 18 mm. This beautiful and delicate piece is distinguished by the intense blue color of the sodalite, which has a unique iridescent quality. The design is complemented by hand-carved leaves in 950 silver.
The name sodalite means "sodium stone" precisely because of its chemical composition. It is dark blue and usually has white veins. It is a stone used to imitate lapis lazuli, differing from it in that it does not contain pyrite.
