Transformation

The sculpture weighs 1 kg and measures 7 cm deep, 9 cm high, and 8 cm wide. In this piece, we can observe the transformation of a face into a skull, with its left eye perfectly rendered in green veins of fluorite against a white fluorite matrix. It is a work in which the artist managed to capture the essence of the stone.

This piece was created using fluorite in shades of green, violet, and white, with sections of crystallized calcite forming geodes. The artist perfectly captured the unique characteristics of this stone, which we can observe in its left eye, with its perfectly defined green and violet edges, a result of the formation of this multicolored fluorite.

The fluorite used comes from the south of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina
