Blue Spinel Ring

Ring No. 15 crafted in high-purity 950 silver, featuring a faceted spinel in a 5 x 5 mm square shape with a blue/violet hue. The design consists of two bands that widen at the stone. The wider band has undulations and texture, giving it a rustic yet elegant appearance.

Spinel is a double oxide of aluminum and magnesium with a very complex structure. Spinel was not recognized as an independent mineral until 150 years ago; before then, it was classified as a ruby.
