It is reminiscent of the famous painting 'The Scream,' a reflection of anguish and inner turmoil. On the other side, I wanted to depict a grim reaper, symbolizing the inevitable cycle of life and death. I was drawn to the transparency and warmth of aragonite, which contrast with these powerful symbols, creating a dialogue between life, fear, and destiny.

Aragonite is a fascinating mineral due to its translucency and well-defined veins, which can display warm tones such as orange, brown, and yellow. When properly worked, its surface can acquire a glazed effect that highlights its natural veins, giving it an appearance of depth and brilliance similar to polished glass.

Aragonite comes from Salta, while Harzburgite comes from Cordoba. Both are Argentinian locations.
