This 35 x 26 mm pendant is crafted from rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver and features faceted stones in various shapes, including blue topaz, citrine, rhodolith garnet, ruby, and tourmaline. The pendant's centerpiece is a 13 x 9 mm faceted blue topaz pear-shaped stone, flanked by a 9 x 7 mm citrine pear-shaped stone, both prong-set. On either side are 5 x 3 mm navette-cut rhodolith garnets. The design is completed by small 2 mm rubies arranged in a five-leaf clover pattern. It is a striking and elegant design.
GARNET RHODOLITE:
Rhodolite is the name given to a mixture of almandine and pyrope. The name rhodolite likely comes from the Greek word "rhodon," meaning rose. Rhodolite tends to be lighter in color than most other types of red garnet. It can easily be mistaken for ruby due to the similarity in color.
