These 22 x 17 mm hoop earrings are crafted from rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver and feature oval and circular faceted stones of blue, imperial, and white topaz, ruby, emerald, sapphire, amethyst, and garnet. The hoop design is oval, with the stones set in prongs on one half, while the opposite half displays circular designs crafted in silver. The hoops fasten with a secure and comfortable clip.
Amethyst:
According to Greek mythology, Dionysus, the god of wine, desired a maiden named Amethystos. She wished to remain chaste and prayed to the gods for help.
