This delicate sculpture depicts a pair of parrots carved from white onyx, a symbol of purity, serenity, and emotional connection. Their beaks, meticulously sculpted from red jasper, provide a soft contrast, adding warmth and strength to the piece. Their dark eyes, with their steady, peaceful gaze, reinforce the sense of intimate communication between them.

The birds perch on a piece of quartz with iron oxides, whose reddish hues and natural texture lend an earthy and organic character to the work. This stone, rich in nuances, suggests the passage of time and the shared history between the winged protagonists.
