Ring No. 21 crafted in rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver with turquoise in cabochon (5 x 3 mm) and circular (3 mm) shapes. The ring's design is flower-shaped, with the circular turquoise at its center, surrounded by six navette turquoise stones. Small cubic zirconia stones frame the stones, adding sparkle.
It takes its name from Turkey, the country where the Crusaders first encountered the stone. According to ancient beliefs, turquoise warned its wearers of imminent danger when the stone changed color. The deposits in Sinai, Egypt, mined since 4000 BC, are now of historical value only.
