Prasiolite ring with amethysts, blue topaz, and cubic zirconia

Size 16 ring made of rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver, combining prasiolite, amethyst, blue topaz, and cubic zirconia in a striking design. At its center, raised above the rest, is a soft green prasiolite, faceted in a 5mm diameter circular shape. This is surrounded concentrically by cubic zirconia and amethysts in 2mm circular cuts, and finished at the periphery with 3 x 2mm faceted navette-cut blue topazes. The ring band is crafted with filigree work in sterling silver.

Prasiolite:

It is a variety of green amethyst that has been mined since 1950, primarily from Brazil. Purple amethyst crystals can naturally transform into green amethyst due to the Earth's heat. This transformation can occur through natural geothermal processes, possibly from volcanic activity.
