Citrine and cubic zirconia ring

Ring No. 15 crafted in rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver with faceted citrines in teardrop and oval cuts. The design features a 9 x 7 mm oval citrine set in the center, surrounded by 4 x 3 mm teardrop-cut citrines. Small cubic zirconia stones outline the stones, forming a beautiful flower.

It is a clear quartz crystal; its color is due to small deposits of iron. In ancient times, citrine was used as protection against snake venom and negative thoughts. It was also used as a talisman to protect against the plague.
