Multicolor Tourmaline Ring

Size 18 ring crafted in rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver with 14k gold plating on the prongs holding the stones. This rhomboid-shaped design features tourmalines of various colors, with a 5 x 4 mm pink tourmaline at its center, surrounded by other 3 mm tourmalines of different colors. All stones are prong-set. It is an elegant and delicate design.

Tourmaline is composed of different mineral elements, but it always has the same basic structure. Metals are always present in tourmalines and are what give this mineral its variety of colors. It is the only gemstone that exhibits every shade, from transparent to black.
