This 38 x 24 mm pendant is crafted from 925 sterling silver with a 24k gold plating. This beautiful pendant, representing the Hand of Fatima, features 4 mm round-cut faceted stones of garnet, peridot, white topaz, iolite, blue topaz, and carnelian agate. All the stones are positioned in the center of the hand and set in a silver box with a bezel clasp.
