Parrot Alert

Weighing 2.65 kg, this parrot sculpture measures 23 cm high, 23 cm wide, and 13 cm deep. With its wings outstretched, alert, and observant, this green onyx parrot with white and pink details delights us with the perfection of its curves and design. It perches on a fluorite stone in shades of violet and white, creating a harmonious contrast with the bird.

In this work, the artist highlighted the contrast and quality of the selected stones. The green stones, with brownish veins running through them, complement the bird's white face and pink crest, and it perches on a stone of intense violet hues. The gaze and expressiveness achieved in this bird's eyes attest to the perfection of the work.

For this sculpture, stones were selected from green onyx from San Luis, white onyx from Mendoza, pink dolomite and fluorite from Córdoba, all Argentine provinces.
